Wedbids reserves the right to remove or delete prohibited and restricted items including those not on this list below, If an item is considered inappropriate, illegal or is in breach of our Users Terms and Conditions Agreement it will be removed.

Listing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

You as a member and user are responsible in making sure that you are legally allowed to buy or sell an item. We strongly advise to find out this information prior listing an item.

This list is not intended to be an exhaustive statement of prohibited and restricted items. It is guide to go by.

Alcohol
In order to sell wine and other alcohol on Wedbids you must have a licence and display your licence number in the listing.

Ensure you know the laws of trading alcohol in the state you are trading in.

Animals, Animal Products, Organs or any Body Parts
NO illegal animal/wildlife products or internal organs including human parts & remains are allowed to be listed on Wedbids.

Adult Related Items
Images or content which are adult or sexual related or inappropriate not allowed.

You must not list items that are to be indecent by the authorities or illegal to sell in Australia.

Copyright-infringing, Replica and Counterfeit Items
You must not list items or include content which breaches any copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized replicas and counterfeits are not allowed to be listed on Wedbids.

Any product that bears a trade mark not owned by the manufacturer or used under the trade mark the owner's licence must NOT be listed.

Drugs
You must NOT list any prescription drugs both herbal and chemical on Wedbids.

Food

All business, when listing food on Wedbids, need to adhere to Australian Standards.

Food packaging and Food Transportation.

All food listed on Wedbids, must comply with Food Safety Standards.

Fireworks
You must not list any fireworks.

Noxious Weeds and or Plants of

Be sure to check legislation for noxious weeds before listing.

Plants or seeds that are listed as a noxious weed must not be listed on Wedbids.

Police & Emergency Services Items
NO listings of official Police or Emergency services, equipment related items are allowed on Wedbids.

Postage Stamps
Used Australian Post postage stamps must not be listed on Wedbids.

Listings that offer for sale "un cancelled stamps" must be have a warning, giving buyers attention to the provisions of section 471.5 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code.

Radio Communications Devices
NO Mobile telephone jammers, GPS jammers and mobile telephone boosters and or related items must not be listed on Wedbids.

Jammers are prohibited devices and cannot be sold or used within Australia.

Radio communicating devices, including boosters have to comply with applicable Australian standards in line with the Radio communications Act 1992.

Holder / operator needs to be licensed or qualified.

Refer to Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) website for further details.

Real Estate

Real estate can be listed on Wedbids but due to the complicated laws governed by the sale of real estate, real estate items won on Wedbids are not legally binding.

Sellers can list real estate as a way to advertise their real estate to potential buyers.

It is the responsibility of both seller and buyer.

Software That Accesses
NO listing of software that directly or indirectly accesses Wedbids web site and database without our approval (Wedbids.)

Stolen Goods
NO stolen goods are to be listed on Wedbids. This means goods that are not legally the property of ones self.

Tickets over Face Value
Tickets must be sold and listed as "Buy Now Only" (instant purchase, no auction) items with a price below or equal to the face value.

Therapeutic Goods
All listed medicines must display an “AUST L" number on the label.

Registered medicines must display an "AUST R" number on the label it is required by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Tobacco
NO tobacco that includes cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco.

Tobacco related items may be allowed for sale.

Bongs used for smoking cannabis and other drug-taking paraphernalia are illegal and must NOT be listed on Wedbids.

Used Clothing
All clothing that have been used can be listed.

It is recommended the garment be cleaned before sending (general hygiene)


Weapons, Knives and Firearms
Weapons, Knives and all firearms must not be listed on Wedbids.

Knives/Swords must comply with current Australian laws.

Sellers need to State Legislation item adhere to, before listing.

Sellers may need to include clauses in description, Stating restrictions.

Be sure to check Australian legislation in your State. See state legislation.

Collectable and/or antique weapons cannot be listed on Wedbids.

Ammunition - Bullets and Projectiles are prohibited along with any specific individual component used to create a live round of ammunition; including, but not limited to casings/brass, propellant, shells and primers.
